Ofsted Report

Ofsted is the Office for Standards in Education, Children’s Services and Skills. They inspect and regulate services that care for children and young people, and services providing education and skills for learners of all ages. Ofsted report directly to Parliament and are independent and impartial.

We’re officially an Ofsted ‘Good’ school in all areas following an inspection in January 2020. This was further supported by a Section 8 inspection in April 2025, which cemented the school’s ‘Good’ status!

Since joining Trinity MAT in January 2023, the academy has developed into a school where pupils are happy and proud to attend. Ofsted inspectors said,

‘Children in the early years make a strong start to their education. Leaders give careful thought to what they want children to learn.’

We are proud to offer a high-quality education for all children in our community.

The most recent report offers glowing praise in all areas of inspection, including student behaviour, the broad and balanced curriculum and parental engagement.

‘Pupils in this school behave well and are happy and well-mannered. Staff have high expectations for behaviour and academic achievement. Pupils respond positively to these. They are ready for the next stage of their education.’ – Ofsted.

Staff are proud to work at our primary, and of the transformation that has happened over recent years.
