We are committed to ensuring that Trinity Academy Whitehill is placed at the heart of its community whilst also relentlessly focused on delivering a world-class education to its pupils with a committed staff team.

Our aim is to ensure that every pupil at Whitehill from our youngest pupils in the Early Years Foundation Stage through to our oldest pupils in Year 6 receive the very best teaching; an ambitious curriculum with significant enrichment and the support that they need to achieve their very best.
Our approach is centred on a culture of excellence with high expectations of both staff and pupils. The school rules of Ready, Respectful and Responsible are vital to our culture and run through everything that we do. The wellbeing and care of your children and our staff is our priority and we are focused on ensuring that Whitehill is a great place to be.

Part of my role as Assistant Principal is to ensure that children have access to a broad and balanced curriculum that embeds prior knowledge and gets them ‘ready’ for their future learning.
I am proud to work with our talented subject leaders, who have helped shape and sequence the learning for children to experience in the classroom. Our curriculum is designed to enable children to become ‘responsible’ people in school and wider society. An important part of my role is to work alongside other leaders to ensure that the curriculum we deliver gives each child the opportunity to succeed and become ‘respectful’ individuals who strive for their own success.

The importance of the early years in a child’s life cannot be overstated, the first years of children’s schooling create the foundation for future development and success. It is my role to support all children to reach their full potential by removing barriers and creating a love of learning. At Trinity Academy Whitehill we aim to create a nurturing and safe learning environment where all children thrive.

I am passionate about education and want to instil a love of learning to every child that attends Whitehill. I strive to ensure every pupil at WCA is given the strong foundational skills they need to be successful later in life.

I work closely with staff, providing support, feedback, and fostering collaboration to continually improve practice. My goal is to create an environment where every student experiences engaging, high-quality teaching, preparing them for success both now and in the future.

Through our Whitehill Way Curriculum children are taught the schools values and how to use and display these values in school and the wider community. I am passionate about every child leaving school with a deep understanding of our values and the confidence to carry them into the wider world. Our aim is for pupils to become responsible, respectful citizens who feel proud of who they are and the choices they make.

We are committed to promoting excellent attendance, as every day in school counts toward a child’s success. By building strong routines, working closely with families, and creating a welcoming and supportive environment, we help ensure that all children arrive ready to learn and make the most of every opportunity. Good attendance sets the foundation for confidence, progress, and a positive attitude to learning that will stay with them throughout their school journey.

My vision is for all classrooms to reflect consistently high standards of inclusive practice, where environment, teaching, and relationships work together to enable every child to discover, wonder and grow. Through a strong universal offer and a shared understanding of Quality First Teaching, we ensure that effective strategies for learning are embedded across the school and benefit all pupils.

I am passionate about securing the best possible outcomes for our SEND learners by ensuring that provision is purposeful, ambitious, and responsive to individual need. I believe that when we get inclusion right, we build strong foundations for future success, independence, and a lifelong love of learning.
